Gary was very polite and very helpful! The only problem I had with the visit was the time it took. I never thought it would take over 3 hours to rotate tires and change the oil. The waiting room had a plug-in that caused my allergies to set me off into coughing fits, but at least I could go outside. However, this was used as the smoking area which was just as bad.

I’ve been living in Fayetteville 10 years, bought my Hyundai one year prior. As soon as I visited Lee and met Tilita, I haven’t been to another dealership since. I should not be waiting almost 5 hours for an oil change they I scheduled an appointment for. It’s ridiculous and it happens every time I bring my vehicle in for service. If there was another Hyundai dealership in my area I would never come here again.
