I am 100% satisfied with Marcie’s service, every time I’ve been there which has been far too often. I am 100%+ dissatisfied with the Hatch Toyota service department. With the exception of 1 oil change, every time I’ve taken my truck in, I’ve had to take it back. Mr. McAbee will be receiving my formal complaint letter along with copies of my repair orders. Perhaps he can explain why I’ve had to take my Tacoma to the dealership 6 times to simply fix a jump door latch problem. Or why it took 2+ hours, with an appointment to install 4 new tires. And even that work required a return. Refer to my earlier scathing survey response. Please don’t bother calling or emailing. I’m still trying to decide if I’m even willing to bring my vehicle back to give Hatch yet a 7th try to fix my door, or just take it the shop I used prior to buying my Tacoma.

Waited 10 minutes to start my appointment with Chris while he chatted with someone with his back to desks.
Was not informed during appointment of delay due to a spill. I reached out 2x to find out what was going on.
I could have made other arrangements had I known the actual time frame.
Previous employee always updated me of all delays, etc.
Something that usually takes 60 minutes took 3hrs 30 min.
I don’t know when the spill occurred, but I was there for another 1hr 30 min after I checked in about what was taking so long. A realistic time frame is better than saying it will be ready soon and that not being accurate.
