Felt pressured to do costly maintenance that is not mentioned in our owners manual. Chris is a nice guy, but seemed more like the sales manager we worked with when we bought our last vehicle, who was less than honest and seemed to just want us to spend more money.
This was similar to an earlier service experience, where we discovered that the spark plug replacement recommended (and carried out) by an earlier advisor was not necessary for our vehicle; our manual says it was due at 120K miles, not the 80K miles that the advisor suggested.

I have had my car there 4 times now and have spent almost $700 to have my dang air conditioner fixed and it still isn’t working.
Last time, I was told it was a part that needed to b replaced so I paid for that and the labor on top of my original coats to service and charge it and this part and labor was not needed.
I expect more than this from a top line dealership.
I would like to be able to trust that I won’t be taken advantage of but it’s starting to look like I can’t do this with you guys.
Word of mouth in a small town is very important.
