We were not satisfied with Troy. He lied to us, tried to charge us with something we weren’t supposed to pay for, told us our vehicle was fixed and it wasn’t. We had to take it back 2 weeks later because Troy did not fix it the 1st time and had a little attitude with my wife. Tommy took over our problem and had it fixed right. We will deal with Tommy from now on, not Troy.

The guy who checked my vehicle in first told me that they didn't have transmission oil and would not be performing the service for my car that I specifically scheduled the appointment for weeks ago. Then when I asked when they would have it, someone else said they do have it in and would be preforming the service. The service representative seemed very confused and unprofessional. Im not sure why he would immediately tell me they will not do the service before asking or checking if they can. I feel like this added some unnecessary time waiting...
