Lack of communication. I had to call in order to get updates. Then once they were able to get the parts for my car, I was told the sensors needed to be replaced. There was nothing wrong with them when I dropped it off just the ABS system wasn’t working correctly.

I have been a customer with this dealership for 10 years and I had the worst experience when I went to pick up the vehicle. Last year when we got tires replaced in that vehicle the service guy said that the TPM light will go off in a few days it never did. So we don’t pay it any mind until the vehicle just went in for repair. Troy asked did he want us to look at it but it will be a charge and I informed Troy the last gentlemen told us the light will go off eventually after they replaced the tires . Troy said he will do some research and check on it. The day I picked up the car he told me it was nothing he can do because the sensor was not related to the tires that were changed . I told him that the sensor did not come on until the tires were changed but he continued to argue with me. As a customer it later not my fault that the previous guy didn’t know what he was talking about I was under the impression he did because my wife or I aren’t mechanics. Troy didn’t seem to have any compassion toward the situation and told me I should have waited this long to say something and he still wasn’t going to look at it , it would be another charge . Mind you the car was back in the dealership last October for a recall and no one eber called and said “Mr. Gibson your tpm light is on let’s take a look at it” previous repairs at the same shop the service guy would always call us and say hey we noticed this or hey we seen this but not Troy. He wasn’t compassionate at all toward a customer who purchased this vehicle brand new and always got it serviced here that meant nothing to him . So my experience was not good. I am really considering finding another dealership to derive our genesis !
