Service was fine however I was told it would be done in about an hour and half. However 5 hours later I finally called and they were just finishing it up. When I picked up my car I had another appointment with my daughter to get to and noticed that my car had been ran through a car wash and it was completely covered in water spots. I tried to wipe them down with a towel but I was not able to get them off. As soon as I was able to go to a car wash about 2 hours after I picked it up from Kia I was able to get most of them off but not all of them and it was a lot of work to get what I could off. I was not happy since i pay for a mobile detailer to wash my car 2x a month and I knew there no water spots on my car prior to taking it to Kia. I will be making sure moving forward I will make sure to tell the service provider not to wash my car again.
