You guys are lucky to have Diana on your team. I was disappointed when I tried to connect with someone in service because no one was returning my calls. When I was told she was my service contact, she made sure things were handled quickly. Diana went above and beyond. I would recommend her to all my family and friends. She will be the only one I contact in your service department moving forward. You need to hire more females like her who know how to take care of business. The men were a conll ok eye disappointment. They need to do better.

On the service end everything was great from getting my appointment set up on a day that I needed since I had issues with not having a vehicle while the car was being serviced. Even getting a courtesy call after I hadn’t returned after the car was notified (through Lyft request text).
My problem was due to this manufacturer error I was told by the original adjuster that I shouldn’t wash my car due to this being windshield garnishing’s and it would risk water damage. I understand that but almost 3 weeks waiting for parts to arrive with all of the elements on my $450 monthly payment vehicle I did make a request that my vehicle get detailed after the service since I wasn’t responsible for this error and will have to refrain from washing my car for 3 weeks. This was acknowledged and even printed on my final service statement stating “customer requests complimentary exterior wash after service”. I understand that some things happen but I am paying for a premium vehicle.
The car wasn’t washed or detailed. Maybe looked like it had been dusted off with an air compressor maybe but not washed.
