I wish they would dryoff the car better after the rinse and vacuum the carpets, otherwise I was served well: timely, expediently, thoroughly servicing my Kia Rio.

Communication was an issue; Digital Harmony on the phone system was horrible; just needed to speak to an operator. Didnt get a call back so I could ask a simple question. Had to listen to the privacy policy about five times.
Today I guess my service TECH and I were not on the same page. I just wanted an oil change. I would come back for the 45,000 mile maintenance when I reached 45,000 miles therefore I had to pay a lot more than I anticipated today, which was not good timing for my budget
