C.B. is the best. He was so patient and understanding when I mistakenly thought the service department was open later than it actually was on a Saturday. (You may want to double check the Saturday hours that come up on a Google search to make sure that time is accurate!) I always appreciate C.B. but I especially did on this last visit!

I have always used Twin City but feel Coad was faster & more efficient. Twin City doesn’t have the texting from mechanic I liked that because feel getting direct information not going through several people. Jeff was informative & liked he topped off even my washer solution which they would not do at Twin City. Chose Coad to avoid the construction mess Festus to Toyota Twin City but will consider return visit.
