Jeff had to share with us that our transmission had to be replaced. It was NOT what we were expecting when it went in oil change. Jeff and Dana(also in service), shared that we had the lifetime warranty and it needed to be followed up on. All was taken care of in a very timely matter. Jeff called when parts came in and set up service right away. Thank you Coad Toyota of Cape Girardeau! The most outstanding person in sales is Ben Brotherton! Ben, has sold us many cars, SUV’s and cars to our grandchildren.

Did not appreciate having to drive to Cape from Dawson Springs KY twice due to technicians running behind. Did appreciate not having to spend 4 nights in a hotel waiting over a weekend for the work on my FJ to be completed. Discount on labor would have also been appreciated since technicians did not hold to service time they had coordinated with Dana
