I was told it would take 2.5 hours for tire rotation and two recalls on my screen.. something that had to be downloaded.. which kept crashing. I was waiting 5 hours. From 9 am -2:00 pm. That is disrespectful of my time. Whatever is the problem, it needs to be addressed. Then I had to pay 35.00 for a tire rotation. Not sure if I will return. Ann W

My truck, which cost more than $70,000, has been to your shop for every scheduled maintenance. Today was my 25,000-mile checkup, even though I only have 23,340 miles on the truck. My truck was just in your shop on June 18 for an oil change. Today, not only did they find that the truck was out of alignment, they also said the tires have worn to the point that I need new tires. 23,340 MILES! So, I want to know which is it: Do y'all put trash tires on trucks that cost more than $70,000 tires? Or is it what the tire people say, that your trucks have a problem that cause the tires to wear unevenly, therefore the tires failing at 23,340 MILES is NOT their problem? Which is it? Of course, your guy was Johnny on the spot to offer to sell me tires for about $1,700 today. My question about them would be are they doing to come with a guarantee to last for more than 23,340 MILES? Beyond disappointed. All my life, I've heard how durable and long-lasting Toyotas are. What does that matter if you're spending $1,700 on tires every 23 months?
