He keeps customers informed on the progress of their vehicle’s repair process. He explains what repairs were done to the vehicle and properly answers questions. Miscommunication and “glitch” from the system resulting in wasting nearly 5 hours of my time without any repairs being completed minus the oil change for which I came in for. It was communicated to me that repairs I approved would be completed by 3-4 pm. Upon arrival, service department was unaware that I had requested any additional repairs most likely due to lunch schedule. Break down of communication has happened several times since purchase of the vehicle. Most likely will not be returning or purchasing an additional vehicle from the location due to this, as this has not been a uncommon occurrence in my experience

I’m sorry to say this was the worst service experience I’ve ever had. I was told it would take 2 1/2 to 3 hours due to a recall, but I was there for 5 hours. Two people told me different remaining wait times when I asked. I was the last person left in the waiting area.
