CB checked me in and is always so nice made sure what items I needed checked out on my car. Danna checked me out and always take good care of me. She answered some questions and gave me and estimate on some tires. I always get good service at Coad Toyota!

My car is 14 years old but your service center doesn't have a way to keep it running other than buying brand new parts that cost more than the car is worth. Toyota run forever or until the shop wants to replace a failed part with nothing but brand new, expensive parts. Plus they broke the air flow sensor I asked them to replace on the ac compressor which completely broke the compressor which I was trying to avoid replacing. Careless...

Woman at the front desk was rude and dismissive. The windows of the dealership reception are tinted so I couldn’t tell if anyone was there. I drove my car in, didn’t see anyone and figured it was empty because of lunch hour, I reversed my car and parked it and then walked back and saw them just sitting there staring. She then tells me to go and get my car and drive it back. What **** customer service. **** this dealership. I’m never coming back.
