Had a issue with previous service call. Had driven a total of 240 miles because of need to return to dealership to have issue worked on again. Jeff made it up to me with a complimentary oil change and tire rotation. The Honda dealership never has treated me that well. Very satisfied with Coad Toyota customer treatment.In short excellent dealership customer service department.

C.B. Blissett! I would actually like to brag on C.B. I overheard a conversation he was having with a coworker about a customer, no identifying information. The coworker was telling him about the customer's problem. C.B. showed extreme kindness with the situation. He knew the customer's work schedule, 12 hrs days, he told the coworker how to speak to the customer, etc. In a world like today, I took great appreciation in hearing how he was aware of the customer's hardship, life,etc. He handled the customer exceptionally well, and it should be noted.
