Betty in the service department is rude whenever I get her on the phone. Acts out out that I do know know who left me a message or who my tech is and then is always short with me. She has horrible customer service and makes me not want to work with you guys at all. Also you guys need better communication skills - I am aware that service is close on Saturday ( please update your hours online and in phone) but when I call and they say to bring it in and I do and then I get almost turned away when I do bring it in as no one told them I was coming. Poor customer service- trying to turn away a person in need and a paying customer.

The person that installed the protective film on the back bumper did a terrible job. It doesn’t look like they cleaned the spot before applying. There are bubbles all over with dirt underneath. The Service rep took pictures and agreed he wouldn’t have accepted the job either and it needs to be redone. Status pending. This is a brand new car that I waited a couple months for. I expected better.

You have a very efficient service department,polite employees.I was on my way home in less than a half hour.
