The personal touch of someone coming to get you in the waiting room was missed this time. Better communication of if and when they’ll let you know when your vehicle is finished and ready for you. There was several people standing around talking and only one guy who could check me out. Check out guy was awesome but could have had more support as he was busy on the phone helping another customer. The text message thing is too much if you are in the waiting room. It lets you know your car is done but then the team member was not ready for check out service.

I made an appointment at 3:30 for oil change, tire rotation and to replace wiper blades. I had to wait 2 hours. That was so long. John was pleasant and explained walk-ins slowed it down, but I did have an appointment. Just seemed too long.

I was happy with the service done. I noticed that the lube techs cross rotated my tires as I had requested and used a torque wrench on all of the fasteners. I did not receive the multipoint inspection sheet after requesting it twice. I requested it when I picked up my car and was told that it would be texted to me. I requested it again the following day via text. Please forward it to me. FYI - I prefer the printed version of the multipoint inspection. Thank you, David

I had a water pump leak and a bad battery report found during a 60k mile service visit. So an appointment was made and the vehicle brought in for e water pump replacement and battery test and possible replacement. The water pump was replaced but during the replacement the radiator was damaged and needed to be replaced. John provided a free loaner vehicle until the radiator could be replaced. Two days later the vehicle was ready for pick up. The original estimate for the water pump replacement was roughly $1200. The final charge for the water pump and battery test and new radiator was roughly $860. John went above and beyond with the nice savings to amend for the inconvenience of the radiator damage. I couldn’t be more pleased with his efforts.
