The attendant servicing the car for the oil change said the left wiper blade didn’t need to be replaced. But if he would have taken a closer look at the wiper blade he would have seen that it was ripped-separated from the blade. Now we need to make another appointment to have the wiper blade replaced. We would like an appointment on Thursday to replace the blade. Thank you.

I have always been very satisfied with the services I have received. This time I was very unsatisfied with a 9 1/2 hour brake job which still wasn’t completed. I feel like it was the worst communication I have ever had and was not satisfied at all with being told I will check and let you know but never receiving an answer. I ended up with an attitude and the service manager had one to. VERY UNSATISFIED!!!
