The attendant servicing the car for the oil change said the left wiper blade didn’t need to be replaced. But if he would have taken a closer look at the wiper blade he would have seen that it was ripped-separated from the blade. Now we need to make another appointment to have the wiper blade replaced. We would like an appointment on Thursday to replace the blade. Thank you.
