12/3/25 service of 2013 Avalon. 1) Usually a service rep. meets you when you drive in. Today I drove in, nobody greeted me, I walked into the service area where 4 reps. were talking and had to ask if this is where I get my car serviced. 2) I did receive a text while waiting but the info was not accurate but it didn't matter because I knew the condition of my auto. 3) Apparently someone had to go into the glove box, for whatever reason, because three bags of dog treats fell onto the floor. I put them back. 4) I miss the days when you didn't have new people every time you came in, they greeted you with a smile and you felt your business meant something. I guess those days are gone.

Explained brakes squeak which was installed by mark motors because not enough grease offered anti squeak spray but no have looked up effects. All that brakes would have needed was grease and of course not done. Not satisfied with service for quite a few months.

Everything was great except the cabin filter cover was laying in the glove box and not put back on. It fell behind and we had to take the glove box out to retrieve the filter cover.

I took our brand new 4 Runner in for its first pil change. After the oil change, it started making a flapping noise. This needs to be corrected.
Noah who helped me get checked in was great to work with, but not happy that I have to make an appointment to get the issue fixed for what is routine maintenance

The digital report we received was very cool. I liked being able to accept or deny recommended services. I did not expect there to be a charge for $168+ in diagnostics. That was not communicated to me at anytime in the scheduling, drop-off, or recommended service phone call or text. It was a shock to me that I thought I would owe $600 and it came to greater than $800. I never asked about a diagnostic charge. I wish I wouldn't have said anything about the brakes and then when the multi-point inspection took place during the oil change came back with brakes, then I could have agreed to service and avoided paying an unnecessary diagnostic fee.
