Requested the expertise of a Tech person to finally connect the Lexus Ap
Brandon had a difficult getting the person to do something and th as t person came out to help he was obviously strapped for time to properly assist me
Did the best he could but was not able to finish the connection
He apologized but he was it seems way over extended
Now I have to return
