I was told my car was on its way out of the washing bay for pickup. I waited half an hour and no car. A further 15 mins went by and ai was directed to a different car (not mine). It turns out mine had been ready all along but nobody told me. The washing of the exterior was spotty and hot up to usual standards. I had similar issues the last time I was in. So yeah - ai wasn’t entirely satisfied with the service today.
