What stood out most was how accommodating he was — when I mentioned I preferred to go to the mall instead of waiting in the lounge, he made sure everything was set up so I could do that comfortably. They supposedly washed my car, however, it was still dirty and not vacuumed well at all. They couldn't gave lifted the mats to vacuum the front and back. This is a recurring issue with my car
