I had to bring my car back a second time because it was not fixed the first time. The first time I was told that the new battery I had installed was not a start/stop battery and I needed to start the troubleshooting by purchasing a new battery? A total scam by Newbold Toyota. I waited over 3 hours at the dealership for initial visit and was charged for a diagnostic check even though I purchased an extended warranty when I purchased the new car at Newbold? I left the dealership and had the battery replaced with a new Toyota oem battery only to have the same issue with the start/stop feature of the car. Therefore the 2nd visit today. I dropped the car off about 12:00 for a 1:45 appointment and was called around 5:00pm to notify me my car was ready. I was told of a frayed wire above wheel well. I requested a loaner vehicle both times of scheduling appointments and was denied.

I was previously told that brakes needed to be replaced. With this visit, was told back brakes were in yellow range. New oil change sticker not put on windshield and I had to go back and get. The main thing: be honest with your recommendations.
