The quality of customer service isn’t measure when the service is without problems. When everything goes as planned it’s easy to be happy about the service as expected. It’s when we run into unplanned issues that the quality of committed is measured. I picked my truck up on Saturday and had to return it on Monday due to a rattling noise. Mark Hunt call early that Monday morning and told me the problem was fixed and I could come and pick it up.
His response was immediate and I got my truck later that day. This is 5 star service.

When a technician tells customer that both cabin filter and engine air filters need changing suggests he/she works on commission for parts sold OR the dealership pushes their technicians to over sell so more money more money. RIP OFF. PLUS tires were rotated at 5000 miles. Tech felt the need to rotate again at 6000. Guess he gets paid more for in-needed services and now my tires are going to wear uneven because of this.

I booked the wrong dealership and the front line workers put me into the lineup with little fuss. Then I asked for all the Maintenance Logbook work to be done and the worker both signed the book and went the extra mile to actually check each box off. A few Toyota workers at other locations just stamp and go. High quality service
