There is grease all over my white visor from today's visit. I am not happy with the service and every time I have brought my car in to be serviced I leave with something else wrong with it. Last time something wasn't screwed down correctly and not my visor is ruined with grease stains.

It was my first time to this dealership and although Dylan was kind he was a bit snarky when I asked him where the waiting area was and said... just where it was I didn't move it. I was kind of taken back by that comment and told him that was my first time and then he stood up and showed me where it was. It took almost 2 hours for an oil change. I'm not sure I'll come back to this dealership

I have been advised to check fluids for 60k miles or 90k miles for $1000. I have hyundai warranty and she did not check to see if my warranty will cover that cost. It seemed a pretty high cost for maintenance.
