Justin was the FIRST to actually explain why there was a recall on my car. Whe I had been in before I wasn’t told I had a choice in the matter at hand. Very frustrated. Justin was great!

I went in to get my oil changed and my tires rotated. I had an 8 o’clock appointment and I didn’t get out of there until 10 o’clock then he told me that my car needed almost $1500 worth of work but it only has 20,000 miles on it. I didn’t understand what was going on. It didn’t seem very honest to me.

I’m not angry about it. Things happen, I get it. The last couple service visits took a long time to complete, even with an appointment. Today was almost 3 hours to replace a tire pressure sensor in one wheel. I’ll probably only use them when I’m able to leave the vehicle there. Again, not angry. No need to contact me about it. I had tires installed on my Murano. I wasn’t sure if the location was short on staff because it took a little over two hours to install rotate and balance the tires. That may be a normal timeframe however, I was there at 8:30 in the morning. The staff in the customer service area kept me apprised and checked my front camera there had been a blur on it and apparently it was bugs, but Seth did a great job of cleaning it
