I know y’all are a big service fleet and you’ll have a lot of cars coming in and out but the work I got performed shouldn’t have taken over five hours. My wife had to sit there and wait on the car so she should’ve been made a priority but mechanical wise the car driving perfect cars was a little steep, but I’m willing to pay it if the car drives good.

Recommended service suggested air & cabin filter replacement. Cabin was done in Oct & air was done in Dec.Did you physically look at each one to see this?
Also, I saw no corrosion on battery terminals which was also recommended as needing cleaning.

Oil was spilled in my engine which caused it to smoke on the way home. I had to take it back(30 min) to have them clean the engine. They offered to tow it but that would’ve taken forever. It is still smoking because so much oil was spilled

Just routine service plus they said it was time to change brake fluid. I let them do this, nothing wrong with the brakes. After service drove home used brakes to slow down they when to the floor!!! Then message showed on screen malfunctions showed I could crash!
Two people came to my house added fluid and tried to correct problem. They had to drive it back to shop. They brought it back corrected. This could have caused a serious wreck. Also wait time of 3 hours is to long.
