Only thing that was puzzling to me was, I got back in my car it wreaked with body odor. I didn’t bring my car in like that, nor do I want it returned to me like that. I was going to walk back in and fuss but didn’t want to embarrass anyone, I knew I would get a survey. I literally had to spray my driver seat 5 times with febreeze and wipe it down and leave my windows cracked to get the smell out. Please don’t let this happen again.

About two weeks ago I noticed some kind of a failing bearing noise. I mentioned this to the service advisor. When the service work was complete he told me that they couldn’t find anything. While this made me feel good from a cost standpoint it worried me when I drove away and the noise was still there after the oil and transmission service. He said that I would need to wait and see what happens. There may be nothing wrong but the sound is not normal and continues after the service. I expected that the car had been driven to listen for the noise but the noise was still there with no report after the service except to tell me that they didn’t hear anything.
