Well when I got home my husband opened the hood, as he always does to check everything and the Radiator Overflow Cap was
NOT put back on and smashed sitting on front ledge under hood!!!

Carter did a good job. The problem wasn’t easily discernible, but he and the mechanic kept after it. Communication was at times difficult on both our parts, but he did get back to me within a reasonable time frame every time. My only complaint would be cost of service. I purchased a cam position sensor (OEM Nissan from Quality Nissan in Greenwood SC for $136 and installed in 15 minutes. You guys replaced a different one last week and it cost me $580 installed. I understand there is diagnostics involved, and ultimately they corrected the issue, but 300-400% markups are excessive. I also understand I’m not going to change your business model either, so I will say I would use your dealership again if I had a dealership level problem. Hope this honest feedback helps.
