Three hours forced to listen to LOUD stupid inane game shows. Turn it way down; then anybody who wants to watch can sit close. Three hours to get a tire plugged. Either have two tracks, short while you wait jobs and extensive work. Either that or just don't tell customers they can just eait and then keep them there for hours. I expected Infiniti to have a classier operation.

I have brought my vehicle here since I purchased it it in 2020. I've always gotten superb services here however, since James left things have been so different. The level of integrity and respect is gone. My car shut off less than 1/3 of a mile from the dealership after having picked it up from an oil change and tire rotation. I reached out to Lucas and he suggested that I call a tow truck to have it towed back to the dealership. A nice guy from the Nissan dealer assisted me to get a resolve. I will never bring my vehicle there again

I had a 930 appointment and at 1pm my vehicle was not ready. I ended up having to go home with a lianer; which meant I had to come back to Columbia again. I have never had such horrible service since I've done business here.

I was satisfied with the service but I dont like that I have to schedule a whole 2 weeks in advance in order to get a loaner vehicle with the amount of money we are spending on maintenance. But Lucas is very professional and courteous!!

This was my first time using Infiniti service center. I was told on the phone an oil change and 5pt(?) inspection was $130. Nobody asked me if I wanted my tires rotated nor did they tell me it cost $30. I previously drove a Lexus and the tire rotation was always included with the oil change and inspection of the vehicle. As I was given the bill it was $50 over what I was told without any conversation from Michael. I had to keep asking to get me out within 2 hours as I had to make a medical appt and was told on the phone that would be plenty of time. Michael never spoke to me about my vehicle at all! I was told he would come talk with me upon arriving and that never happened. He did not do anything I was told he would do! I will probably not be returning to Infiniti St. Andrews for the service of my car. Very disappointed customer.

Lucas was very nice and even went above and beyond to get items out of my car since it stayed a day longer than I had planned. I had to speak somewhere and we had the tornado warning that morning, so I was running short on time after the weather settled. He got my work box and my umbrella from my car in the rain and had them ready for me to drop by and pick up. It saved me time so I made

On March 6 I brought my Infiniti in for an engine recall problem. Javarius, a young gentlemen that checked me in was outstanding and kept me up to date with the progress of the work. The receptionist was of no help whatsoever when I asked her the work status on the vehicle. She spent more time talking at the counter with a young red headed lady and fooling with the TV. I was set up for the work with Michael Brown whom I never met or whom never spoke to me. The reception area was not clean as well as the men's bathroom. My last vehicle I bought there was a 2018 QX50 and numerous vehicles before that going back to 1995-97. This dealership is not what it once was. While I was there, other customers (2) had trouble checking on work status of their vehicles too. There is no need for someone to contact me. I've said it all. The receptionist seemed like I was imposing on her to check on my vehicle...what a disappointing, horrible service experience. This is the worst one I ever had since I started buying cars from this dealership in the late 90's.

I would have been glad to give my services to you but Michael Brown made me feel a little apprehensive about how he handle his services, I understand that they are fees to to cover for repairs but when I had warranty for the repairs he tells me it only covers some and that the dealership doesn’t bow down to the warranty companies they bow down to them. I knew I needed to get my truck from there. Sorry but in the near future I won’t be returning there. Thank you
