I would like to have my car back when it is promised, and not later the next day, with no communication about it being kept over night!!!!!
We asked for a loaner car for the day we took the car in for our appointment at 8:20 am, never having a clue that our car would not be worked on until cars of every one waiting had been bumped up ahead of us. THEN…the same thing happened on day two. This is totally unacceptable to us!!!!

I asked the service advisor to note for the shop to be care when replacing the tires not to damage the rim. The note was added and unlined. When I picked up my vehicle late yesterday one of the rim was damaged. I bought this to Hannah attention. took a She took a picture of the damage and a picture of the inside of the vehicle. In cleaning,they did not vacuum the inside.

Prices for services should be discussed prior to rendering service. Even for diagnostic testing. And if the problem can’t be pinpointed with diagnostic testing completed, there should be no charge for the testing. I don’t know that I’ll be brining my vehicle back to the dealership for any future services. The service prices have steadily increased and there never seem to be enough loaners for people who have to leave their vehicles. I never had these issues in the first few years I brought my car for service.
