My appointment time was 8:30am in which I arrived on time , my vehicle wasn’t checked in with Fisher until after 9:30am. Service wasn’t complete until after 11 am. The amount of time that it took in total to service my vehicle for an oil change was unacceptable.

For some reason our appointment was not saved when we made the appointment Monday. The service department was still able to do our service, address an issue I was having with the AC and wash/vacuum our vehicle. We even had a courtesy vehicle while we waited.
