Michael was wonderful. He kept me informed without harassing me. Always kind and understanding and willing to assist. My car was at the dealership for 3 weeks. Michael made sure I had a loaner comparable to my own QX60 when I informed him that I would need to travel with my family. I really appreciate his professionalism and genuine kindness and honesty.

Ryan was put in a stuff spot by having to deal with a situation that had happen before him; but, he did a GREAT job. Although, I did not get exactly what was promised (quoted price), Chris also did a good job.
I was VERY disappointed that there were no snacks available which by far is the BEST part about getting my car service with Infiniti. I know the cost of everything has gone up; however, so has my car services. PLEASE bring back the snacks.

My appointment time was 8:30am in which I arrived on time , my vehicle wasn’t checked in with Fisher until after 9:30am. Service wasn’t complete until after 11 am. The amount of time that it took in total to service my vehicle for an oil change was unacceptable.
