I was very satisfied with brake service and Chris's professional service. However, I noticed when I got in the vehicle there was sandy grit on the driver's seat rails and in the carpet behind the drivers seat. This was spotless when it was dropped off because I just cleaned up a drink spill the day before in the same spot.

This is my first time going in for service and not working with James. I’m use too being talk to about what needs to be done and explained what all it is. With this new system where it’s sent to you does not make it easier when you don’t understand all the ends and out. Also I was never taken in the office to be talk to about any of it. So leaving I was still unsure what some of the stuff was. I was not happy with the customer service. The receptionist was very good!!
