The communication at the dealership needs a lot of improvement. The customer should not have to consistently have to call the dealership and leave message after message to try and get a status update. When I was finally able to get in touch with a service advisor or manager they were not on the same page, one would tell you one thing and the other would tell you something else. They told me one thing and then told my husband another. When they were questioned about what was going on they would always say its a miscommunication. I was initially told that the vehicle needed $7,000.00 in repairs but once I went thru my insurance company the repairs were somehow only $1,000. I was 100% misled on what the vehicle needed and if I would have known what actually needed to be done to fix the vehicle I would have gone a different direction. I understand that when working with an insurance company it takes some time. However the way the situation was handled by the service manager was extremely unprofessional. I was told to take emotion out of the situation, unfortunately when someone has your vehicle for 22 days with little to no communication it is hard not to be frustrated and bring emotion into the situation, for Carmen the service manager to make a comment like that to a customer is very shocking. Unfortunately the department as a whole needs a lot of work on how to communicate with the customers.
