Bought a new key and fob for a Toyota camry. The bill came to over $350 which was very surprising as no one there ever told me what the price or estimate of the price was going to be. If I had known it was going to be that much I may not have bought the fob in the first place very, very disappointed with the professionalism of your service department.

After the years of being a customer of Toyota which includes buying and leasing cars, I find it a bit ridiculous to get charged for a tire rotation especially when the car needed to come in for a recall. The 2 year maintenance plan for leases should extend the life if the lease considering the car is owned by Toyota. Other car manufacturers offer better maintenance plans so it's disappointing.
