I drove home after what I thought was your traditionally good service to find out car was not recalibrated. Had to drive 30 miles back to Bunker Hill to have car cailbrated. A waste of an hour of my time and 60 miles of gas.

Our 2024 Durango we bought new was towed from our garage to the dealership because it suddenly died on wed,Jan 28.No power, nothing. Was told it was hooked up to diagnostic equipment for 3 days looking for a bad module. Found nothing. Picked up on Saturday 8th. Passenger seat was dirty and stained. Battery cover under Passenger seat would not close, looked like Battery cables installed wrong. Very disappointed that the Durango was at Grissom foe 10 days and nothing was found, and Passenger seat needed to be cleaned
