I called To make an appointment for a clicking noise in lower dash when I'm driving said it sounds like the actuator (I'm not a mechanic) brought it in and sat there with a 5 year old for 2 hours before I went And asked if they had any updates. Makes a clicking noise! He then proceeded to tell me it was $100 FOR WHAT? Nobody did anything to my car and I still Have the same issue. Every single time I bring My car in there he tells me sorry we can't get it to recreate! Same song and dance nothing ever gets fixed. Very disappointed in the service area there. I'll be going someone where else for now on.

The work on my truck was excellent. Your service dept.is suppose to open at 7:15. I was there at 7:05 first in line. She did not open the doors until 7:30. I was not happy having to wait.

I was talked to like I’m an idiot about what was going on with my car. This is the second time my husband and I have had to bring my car back in after an oil change from something not being tightened all the way and causing it to leak oil all over tour garage floor and driveway. The person that called to tell us the car was ready changed his story about what happened twice during the 1 1/2 min phone call.
