Nick was great explaining every detail of my service. The parts department needs to be educated on parts for recall. I have made two trips to get my recall part (from two different dealerships) and still don’t have it repaired yet. I drove an hour and a half the first time and an hour today. Maybe the third time will be the charm. I sure hope so!!
