I left my vehicle at your dealership for a day to have a lot of regular maintenance done (spent several thousand dollars). After picking up my vehicle, I had come back within 15 minutes for an issue and had to wait around an hour for it to be fixed. I don't blame Mathew as much as the technician. Mathew did try to make it right in future services but was still very frustrating experience.
