My complaint is with the technician who performed my service. He rotated the tires BEFORE inspecting them. Why would you rotate tires that are completely worn out? He should have inspected them and THEN asked if I wanted them rotated. I paid for a rotation and had to purchase new tires the very next day. Not happy about that!
