Your review question says COMPLETE satisfaction which is truly a MISNOMER! Today was my “3rd” visit for the same problem, an oil leak. Keith Lubrano was OK, but should have shown at least a little interest when I told him this was my 3rd visit for the same problem. Apparently your elaborate computer system doesn’t bring up any personal history of coming in for the same problem. How can you be COMPLETELY satisfied when each visit is an isolated visit? Your work completed & financial charges owed is in GREAT detail. My son came in person & asked to speak to a Service Manager because no one called him back after he left a voice message for a Service Manager this morning. Your telephone system is TERRIBLE! It is impossible to talk to a real person. When you are given a service technician's direct line to call, no answer & no return call from a voice message has been my experience. Robbie Coleman, Service Manager, then responded to my son & was professional, helpful & friendly. I was given a rental car to use because the needed part to fix my car was not in stock! Hopefully my car will be completely fixed tomorrow. To be continued. . . .

Matthew did a great job handling my recall repairs. He opened the service area promptly at 07:00 when my appointment was scheduled. He was prepared & professional, and was efficient getting through both confirming the needed work & completing the up-front paperwork. He directed me to the waiting room. The repairs were finished in less time than predicted and he explained them before leading me to my car, which was staged & ready to go. I think Matthew provided an excellent customer experience today.

Alexandria made sure that my battery was tested and came and gave me the results before the visit was over. She also had staff drive my car back in the bay which made a high difference since I currently wearing a brace. Thanks so much for taking your time out to go the extra mile!!????

I have worked with many service advisors through the years and was once a service advisor myself. I must say that Lance Burns is on a level that only a few can reach in my opinion. Anyone in the car manufacturer business clearly understands that this job is not easy. He is highly professional and goes to any length to help me with any of the questions that I’ve had. I am so grateful that he is my service advisor. Thank you very much to Fred Anderson.

Phone system is a disaster, I called all day trying to find out if there was a loaner available. I wasn't able to reach anyone till the evening. At one point my call was forwarded to Hyundai.
