Improving communication between customers and employees. Update system, a client should not be asked to send a coupon to a email address. Improve customer service across the board. My biggest disappointment at today’s visit is that they couldn’t locate my vehicle keys.

I made an appointment for 8:15 and gave customer service the issues with the car. it was towed in but i was assured work on the car would start at 8:15. I called at 9:30 cause I hadn’t heard anything. it was sorted out but my car wasn’t ready till 3:15. it should not have taken all day because all i needed was a battery and I had an appointment. i was pushed back instead of calling me at 8:15 to get the information they didn’t have!
