Daniel is super responsive when I email him. When I am in the shop, he shows that he is invested in making sure his clients understand what will happen with the car and then he was very detailed in showing me how the new notification system worked
I drove 45 minutes to go to the Nissan Service Center because of the people and Daniel has been the one to help me each time.
