I had an appointment and showed up a few minutes early and had to wait quite a bit before anyone even acknowledge that I was standing there, it then took a few more minutes for Joseph to come greet me. He didn't explain the work that would be done or how long the service would take. Typically I am greeted right away even if my person is busy and can't come help me right away. Additionally my service person always has explained the work that will be done and a timeframe for when I should expect my car to be finished. While these things are all small, they make the experience either great or only satisfactory
