Mike always treats me with respect and is attentive to my needs. I met him the week I bought my Toyota Camry in 2001, he helped me get the gas cap off my new car. I have been coming back ever since then. I trust him and believe 100% in what he tells me about service to my vehicle, I don't think he would ever steer me wrong, and he always makes sure my car is safe. I know most of the service department, what a great bunch of employees, feels like family.

Upon returning to pick up my car, I found it outside the service area drive up, unlocked with the windows down, keys in the ignition, and the inspection papers tossed on the passenger seat. For all intents ans purposes, anyone could have walked up and stolen my vehicle. This extreme disregard for a customer's vehicle is absolutely unacceptable.
