Brought a fleet for a Maintenence light. Waited 2 hours for shuttle to pick me up from my work and then cashier said the fleet maintenance card was declined. They said I would have to pay to pickup vehicle. Called fleet company, they said that they did not get a call from dealership otherwise they would have approved tire change (entire reason for maintenance light). Finally after waiting 45 minutes to resolve issue they final told me I could leave and they would call if I had any questions. Nightmare experience. Would not recommend to anyone and probably would go back.

David is always friendly and courteous. Appreciate some like him that takes care of my car. I would suggest you look a lowering your service prices otherwise employees like David are not going to matter if your customers go elsewhere due to the expensive service. I paid almost $80 for an oil change. I can do it myself for a lot less. Or Jiffy Lube.

The only suggestion I have is for your service department to have specialists on Saturdays. Saturdays are the dealership's busiest days due to most people not able to take time off work to service their vehicles. Additionally, the techs need to be extensively trained to service vehicles right the first time. I believe Toyota has this as its quality slogan as well - but Toyota needs to work harder at delivering on that statement.
