The service here was outstanding! Everyone was incredibly respectful and helpful. Joseph also took his time to answer my questions and show me where I needed to go. Amazing service, I'm very satisfied. :)

Do you have a free car wash when it done the service? Because they didn't clean my new car. I don't know if you are different from other branches that have a free car wash to satisfied the customer. If you don't ! Then you should think about it the complete satisfaction of ur costumer.

Brandyn has been great any time I have worked with him. He is responsive, resourceful and helpful. He communicates well and went over and above in trying to get my car done early as I needed it for something.
My only complaint with Toyota of Glendora has nothing to do with Brandyn. It takes too long to get your car after going to the cashier. The last two times I feel we waited far too long for our car to arrive after being called by the cashier.

I always feel that I can trust him with my car and I never feel like he takes advantage of me (which is very important)! Mr. Montgomery is wonderful, but it is not his fault that I am fruatrated about my low tire light that keeps coming on, even though there is nothing wrong with my tires. It keeps happening right after oil changes--and since purchading the car brand new in February, I have had two oil changes. It came on twice yesterday, once after the oil change, and again after it supposedly was fixed. It is still on, and now I am waiting for someone to call me back about the problem. I left a message Mike Mintgomery's voice mail. Because I live a ways away (at least a 40 minute drive), this does not make me happy. I hope Toyota can figure this out once and for all!!

They could not do the smog check due to not being a STAR Certified. I get free smog checks at Toyota of Glendora and now I have to go somewhere else to pay for it along with the inconvenience of having to make two appointments.
