I travel all over Southern California! First time haveing a Toyota Dealer change my oil on new car and they didn't wash the outside of car! I was standing on curb where it says to wait for delivery and the mgr that told the porter infringe of me "don't wash it"! Toyota dealers no matter where I have gone for service have always washed my vehicle before they bring out to me! Very disappointed!
