The guy who take care of me was kind but overall my experience today was not happy at all . I made appoinment thru recall site and never had confirmation e mail , so I chatted to one of representative the day before the appoinment to make sure I have one . i asked estimate time because I’m taking my kids, i mentioned that and she says up to 2 hours i thought 2 hour should be ok to wait , however when I got there they told me it will be ready by 5pm (my appoinment time was 12:15) I was not happy with that but I said ok And will take shuttle then, then I was waiting at the lounge finally driver came in and asked for someone need ride ? i said I need , but he asked me I have car seat , i do have at my car but I never installed by myself , so I gave up the shuttle . Long long waiting till 5 pm finally got my car back and I find license plate bends halfway , I don’t know what happened .
