A lot of associates at reception talking but no one comes to receive my car for 15 minutes. Genaro didn’t listen what I said and after complain, he asked to another associate to take care of my car. The maintenance took 1 hour and 5 minutes more than promised. Every time I go to Toyota of Glendora service, it’s becoming worst.
